Refund Policy
Summary: Subscription refunds may be requested within 7 days of initial purchase. Message pack and voice minute pack refunds are available when no messages or minutes have been used. Contact support for assistance.
1. Subscription Refunds
InnerHaven offers Starter ($9.99/month or $99.99/year) and Unlimited ($24.99/month or $249.99/year) subscription tiers. Regarding subscription refunds:
- Refund requests may be considered when submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase
- Prorated refunds are not available for mid-cycle cancellations
- Cancelling your subscription stops future billing; access continues until the end of your current billing period
- Subscription refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed
2. Message Pack Refunds
Message packs (Small at $2.99 for 100 messages, Medium at $6.99 for 300 messages, and Large at $14.99 for 1,000 messages) are non-refundable once messages have been used. The following applies:
- Refunds may be available when no messages from the pack have been used
- Partial refunds are not available for packs that have been partially used
- Requests are reviewed based on usage at the time of the refund request
3. Voice Minute Pack Refunds
Voice minute packs follow the same policy as message packs:
- Refunds may be available when no voice minutes from the pack have been used
- Partial refunds are not available for packs that have been partially used
4. Bundle, Keep Going, Instant Refresh & Saved Moment Purchases
Other one-time purchases follow the same general principle:
- Bundles (combined message + voice packs) are refundable only when none of the included messages or voice minutes have been used
- Keep Going micro-purchases ($0.99) are non-refundable once the bonus messages have been applied to the companion
- Instant Refresh purchases ($0.99) are non-refundable once the daily message counter has been reset
- Saved Moments ($0.99 per moment) are non-refundable once the moment has been generated and delivered
- Preview Continuations ($0.99) are non-refundable once the additional preview messages have been applied
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@innerhavenai.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email, the date of purchase, and a brief reason for the request
- We aim to respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are generally processed within 5—10 business days
6. Exceptions
We may consider exceptions to our standard refund policy in the following situations:
- Technical issues that prevented you from using the service as intended
- Billing errors (double charges, incorrect amounts, or similar)
- Extenuating circumstances, reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Exceptions are at our discretion and do not create an obligation for future requests.
7. Stripe Processing
All payments for InnerHaven are processed through Stripe. Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
